Please review my case

Hello, my character Wukey on the PvP server got banned.

I got a bug which made my character walk on water and i could not find a way to remove it, i tried everything i could and it would not let me swim normally.

A player looked at me while i was trying to remove the bug and said he reported me and my account got banned.

I would never do any cheat or abuse knowingly and i was only trying to remove the bug and have my character back to normal, i think this is very unfair.

I have spent a lot of time on my character and i would not do anything to risk getting my account getting banned.

I ask you to please reconsider this ban as it was non-intentional.
