The account was banned. Please help me.

Greetings. Dear game manager. I am a player in our Nostalrius Begins PVP-Server. The ID is Medusaregan(lv60, alliance). Due to I am in china, when I play the game I have a high delay, it's usually as high as 400 milliseconds, especially today it's suddenly come to 1000 milliseconds when I was fought in the battlefield, so I tried to knocked keyboard and mouse continually, but it is useless, about 5 minute later I was Disconnect. Then I go to work, about 2 hours later I back to home want to landing the game, it tell me my account was banned.
I am telling all the truth. I am really loved the atmosphere of the game very much, I have been following all the rules and it will be the same in the future. I really hope you can help me to lift the freeze. I will adjust the delay before entering the battlefield. I really hope you can give me a chance to continue the game.
