Congratulations, you have not only proven you didn't read the stickies (DO NOT POST YOUR ACCOUNT NAME!), but now you also posted half the information needed to hack your account on a public forum for all to see.

All GM's need is a character name and a server name. And meanwhile: remove the account name from your original post.

Your account has never been banned. Most likely, you (or someone else) tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password. This causes a temporary IP lockout. Wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and try to log in again, or if you cannot remember the password, you can reset it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.
