Account closed for no reason.

Hello, my friend is having trouble logging into his account. It gives his an error message that states it has been closed for swapping materials around between his characters. His account name is Skineas, any help would be appreciated. I've been leveling with him for a while and it's upsetting to see everything taken away from him at level 47. Please help.

The account associated with Skineas on the PvP server was banned for gold trafficking. If he'd like to appeal this ban, please provide information in this thread about what transactions may have done recently that might have triggered the ban.

If he did in fact buy gold, it saves us all time if you mention that instead.
