Banned, plea for review (editted)

I have already posted this before, however I have forgot to mention my character name and server. Char name was spellswitch in nostalrius begins pvp... Again I would be really greatful if this is looked at..


Good afternoon,

I have logged in tonight after work and found that my account is banned.

I understand however I wish to plea my case (you can check my chat history for the ban).

Today someone posted Thunderfury item, however changed the words to state some gold selling website, me and one more person (i forgot his name) tried to make the old thunderfury joke, however it posted the gold website as well.
Some person kept teasing us about reporting all of us even though knowing we did not mean it that way and wanted to just state Thunderfury.

I do not work for any gold site, i've never wanted to promote these guys as they are actually really annoying and whisper with ads which kind of takes me from my element and ruins the game.

Please understand that I do not mean to advertise, i'm not related nor work for any of these people. I'm just a guy who tried to make a joke.

The OP admitted to being dumb; he shared a link that lead to Thunderfury, as a joke, and many other people did it at the same time.

Just last night, I saw a bunch of other people do the same thing (Hey, did someone say [Link], and other jokes of the same caliber). Fortunately, we were then able to warn them that they could be banned.

Some people aren't "spamm0rz". They're just trying to make stupid jokes like Barrens chat and shit.

Arx_1, I have admitted to posting Thunderfury as the old joke goes.
Although I understand why you think that i'm a "spammorz" and respect your reasoning (I have started reporting actual spammers, and warning other people who made the same joke to cease). I think I have a right to plea my case and learn a mistake. I have no gold and just started recently on this server.
