Accounts banned - Appeal

Hello, dear Nostalrius staff.

I have created a character Qyzer on PvP realm and when I tried to reply in russian in /trade regarding a russian speaking guild - I got permanently banned.
I heard, that writing in Cyrillic may get you a warning, kick, ban, but couldn't think it's so serious, because I got disconnected the moment I hit "enter".

I do admit my guilt and will no longer write anything in Cyrillic in public chats.

The reason why I want to recover this account is some amount of gold on (Pixeled) it and the character name I want to use.
