Got banned without reason

Hello!
I havent played like 8 month and when i tried to login i got a "Disconnected from server" issue. So i checked forum and decided to reset password. Then i could log in but i got a message that my acc is banned. I have no idea why. Can you explain me? Thank you.

Create a thread in the support sub-forum Account issues and include your character name, server and any useful information regarding the events that occurred as this speeds up the process. For the safety of your account, never release any information that could be used for illicit purposes. Such as email addresses, account names or passwords.

You have just told everyone your account name and email address; and thereby also that you don't care the slightest about account security.

My guess is your account was hacked and banned.

This account was banned several months ago for gold trafficking. The offense was confirmed and the ban is also too old to appeal.
