Unable to Login - Account Lockout System Issue

Dear GMs/Admins,

I have been struggling with account logins for the past 12 hrs. None of my accounts are banned, and I do not use any VPN. Matter of fact, I have a static IP, although I should add, I'm playing from outside EU. I spoke briefly to the <GM> Naealath regarding my futile attempts to login on my hunter's account (Char: Wal) albeit being able to login on my other alt accounts. The response was basically a possibility of a problem with the temporary login server lockout system. I was told it was unnecessary to create a forum thread, just to wait it out. Any update regarding this?

I've tried deleting all temp folders, waiting an hour between login attempts. Finally, I did manage to login my hunter's account. After which I couldn't login my warrior's acc! (Char: Grave) Been trying for the past 7-8 hours for the warr's account.

Yesterday the logins worked perfectly fine, today it has gone all wonky. To be more specific, I'm disconnecting at the "Authenticating" message. Would appreciate knowing what the problem is and whether it is being looked into and/or any methods I could exercise to gain access.

Try changing your country IP lock setting. This is a new protection put in place to help protect accounts from being hacked. You can change this by requesting a password reset at https://en.nostalrius.org/password. It will send you an E-mail, and when you click on the link in the E-mail, you will need to update your password and select a new country lock setting.

If the country lock is suitable for your situation, then set it to 'No Country Lock' and make sure the password you choose is complex.
