Can't log into my Account

Dear Nostalrius Begins,

Yesterday I was on my Warrior for about 7 hours and I am pretty sure I did not do anything against the rules. So I had a quick break. When I came back and tried to log into my Account, it said "Disconnected from the Server." right after "Authenticating". So after having tried about 10 times, carefully typing the password or just copy-pasting it, I knew something was wrong, I didn't type my password wrong 10 times in a row. So I went ahead and changed my Password. And of course, it still didn't let me log in. So I tried a random Password like "Random123" and it gave me the same errors, "Disconnected from the Server." right after "Authenticating". This means that my Account is not banned, however I can not log in for some reason. I think the reason may be that someone changed my Account Name somehow.

I would really appreciate if you could look into this matter.

Greetings,

The account associated with the character Bloodfury on the pvp server has never been banned. You (or someone else) may have attempted to log in too many times with an incorrect password. Wait 30 minutes to an hour and try again.

That's the thing, I tried to log in 8 hours ago, and I still can't log into my Account.

Resett your password here and try it again.

Make sure that you are not logged into en.nostalrius.org

For those of you tacking onto the end of this thread, please don't do that. Make your own topic.
However, for what I saw in those:

Try changing your country IP lock setting. This is a new protection put in place to help protect accounts from being hacked. You can change this by requesting a password reset at https://en.nostalrius.org/password. It will send you an E-mail, and when you click on the link in the E-mail, you will need to update your password and select a new country lock setting.

If the country lock is suitable for your situation, then set it to 'No Country Lock' and make sure the password you choose is complex.
