Character Realm: Nost begins PVP

Banned while in Swamp of Sorrows
I'm assuming my ban was from large amounts of grinding. I grind while I work my 4x10 shifts at home. But often I am talking in guild chat or general. I respond to everyone, and today when the banned happened, I just healed for some people killing a dragon in swamp of sorrows
I feel the ban was unjust but I guess if you guys decide otherwise I re-level.
