Character name : Brimboren

Events leading to this ban were as follows: While riding on the ship departing the town of rachet. The character I was playing, Brimboren. Was mounted and sitting on top of the crate that sits in the middle of the ship. As the ship leaves, i see "Mind control" in red letters in my combat text. After being ran around on the ship mind controlled for a short time, the server disconnects me.
I attempt to log in and find the account has been banned. I log onto the nostalrius "ban check" and it only reads that the account has been permanently Banned. I have no idea why. I have never purchased Gold or Sold gold in exchange for real currency. Furthermore, to my knowledge, have not broken any of the rules set forth by the Nostalrius staff.
