Account issue, can't login "disconnect from server" banned?

I've been having an issue the last 3-4 days, i can't login to my account for some reason, not really sure why. Wonder if im banned or something, beacuse i tried to create a new account just to see if there was some issue with my account and well my new account works perfectly so. I really wanna know why im not able to log into my account.

Try changing your country IP lock setting. This is a new protection put in place to help protect accounts from being hacked. You can change this by requesting a password reset at https://en.nostalrius.org/password. It will send you an E-mail, and when you click on the link in the E-mail, you will need to update your password and select a new country lock setting.

If the country lock is suitable for your situation, then set it to 'No Country Lock' and make sure the password you choose is complex.
