Accounts not working.

Accounts not working.

by Daddypig » Sun Mar 20, 2016 6:46 am

I am entering the correct password.

but when i click on connect after putting in my information. it just says Disconnected from server.

My other accounts are working fine. but these two are doing the "disconnected from server"

1st account is char name Beanpie
2nd account char name is Orchunterr

I have several accounts and am not exactly sure what email i used . I tried the reset pw but apparently that doesnt work.

I have deleted my WDB and WTF folders and it still isn't working.

Thanks.

Greetings,

The account associated with character Beanpie was banned for botting in the Barrens. This offence is confirmed and the account will remain banned.

The account associated with Orchunterr has never been banned. For this one, try resetting the password, but changing the country lock setting. This is done through the password reset page, https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

Great! Beanpiez is not banned (although you did get a name change once.)

This sounds like an IP country lock issue.

Try changing your country IP lock setting. This is a new protection put in place to help protect accounts from being hacked. You can change this by requesting a password reset at https://en.nostalrius.org/password. It will send you an E-mail, and when you click on the link in the E-mail, you will need to update your password and select a new country lock setting - the country lock setting is indicated on that new password page.

If the country lock is suitable for your situation, then set it to 'No Country Lock' and make sure the password you choose is complex.
