"Country lock" is not working??

Hi, this "country lock" is not working properly for me, when i select that option, i wont be able to login. I keep getting this message "Disconected from server", as if i`m not from the country i selected ?? but ofc i am in that country! Can someone explain to me how to make this work? I have curently a ban account becouse of the hack wave, and im waiting some repply for that, so in the meantime i just wanted to increase the security as much as i can, so i really want to use this option, so please help me with some info on how to do it corectly.

Depending on your situation, you may have to use "No Country Lock" and just use a complex password that is very strong against attempts to guess it.

Since I spoke to you in game, hopefully this is resolved!

Thank you verry much! for the tips u gave me, and for advices, and for everything u guys do, what a great server, what a great GM team, what a great comunity, what an incredible work u guys do! Im soo impressed!! even if i got banned, i understaind is becouse u guys trying to get rid of those stupid hacks and gold sellers, and is my fault too that i didnt have a stronger pass.
