Account permanently banned - Reason why?

The account associated with character Yunisha on the PVP server was banned by our chat spam system. Please try to minimize the use of public chat channels on characters below level 15, and avoid the use of addons that put messages into chat.

I never write anything in Worldchat or any Major Chat except LFG on my Level 60 or Level 37 Character, this must be a mistake. So pls unban my Account.
