Account issue

Dear GM:
My friend account id is "cuffcn" pvp service. It will be disconnected when he log on that account. I think that account not be banned. Can you please check what is the problem?

It will soon be banned for Account Sharing.

No. We did not sharing. My friend cant log on this website. So i help him to try to connect you. We not share account

The account is not banned. Perhaps try resetting the password and ip lock?
