Permanently banned. No idea why.

Hi, I went to sleep last night after playing. Tried to log in today and I was permanently banned.
- I checked account details on the website and can confirm it says "permanently banned"
- Character: lots, Mogrid Crisp Baigan
- Sever: PvE

Any information or reason as to why I got banned would be nice. Hopefully it was just an error and
I can get on and play again.

Yes I would like to appeal it please.

I'm sure Baigan was only around lv 20 with very little money.
I've mostly been questing with a friend Holylove.

If you can check my /ignore list over my characters you'll see that I actively ignore gold sellers and if you can see my chat log somehow, you'll see that I actually complained about the amount of gold sellers.

Can't think of any transactions that could have triggered this. I sometimes send small amounts of gold between characters but that all gets spent on skills and levelling professions.

I really hope this gets resolved =/

I've seen a few replies suggesting you can get flagged for gold trafficking if you talk in some of the chat channels.

I do remember making some jokes about leveing and stuff, just incase this helps you guys track down why I was banned.
