Account closed. No reason given

Hello. I went afk for a while and when I came back my account was closed. I would like to know the reason why I was banned.
Character name: Kattskrälle, on pvp server.

I have 1 possible reason in mind that I could've been banned for. I used a model changer for my cat form to make it look cooler. I did not know it was against the rules at that time since it has been allowed on several other servers. And yes thats my own fault for not fully reading the ToS. I did however quickly remove it after finding out it was not allowed. I used it for about 10 - 15 min in total.

If this is the reason I was banned then I sincerely apologize and ask for a second chance.

If this is not the reason for my ban then I would like to know why I was banned.

Thanks for the reply. I just want to point out that I have never bought or sold any gold. Im also fairly sure no one has been using my account for gold advertising, I think I would've noticed that.

I should also add that I have never had any big amount of gold on my account. The most I've had at once is probably around 150g.
I have sent gold to my own characters several times, up to about 50g sometimes. (They are all on the same account) I don't know if this could've triggered the ban but I can not think of anything else I've done that could've triggered it.

I don't know if this info is any useful to you but I thought I should add it just incase.

I appreciate your effort in banning the gold sellers but I just can't see why I got caught in the banwave.

If there is any other information u need from me let me know.

It means the gold sellers had accessed your account and had control of it, even if they didn't steal anything or advertise on it. We took control back.

Oh okay, so whats gonna happen now? Am I still waiting for the "account review"? I don't mind wating as im leveling a new character meanwhile. However if u could give an estimation on how long it will take that would be great.
