Accaunt first hacked then banned

Im wondering whats the problem now havent done anything wrong. My accaunt was hacked yesterday and i talked to gm about that. And now just moment ago i was logged out and then banned. Cant understand whats the issue here. Character name is moksis

Litle bit more information. playing pvp server.... they got over 1k gold from char when they hacked my account. Changed password right after talking to GM.... and im sure he/she remembers me not many people ask boost for hitting head in the wall after i was told i cant get anything back

I was pretty sure that the hack wave was the reason because i was hacked too. It just bums me out that talking to gm in the game (Akano or something like that) doesnt help and i still get banned. But thank the whole gm team for even looking in the issue. i dont even want to know how much time and effort i have spended on my dear moksis
