Banned? Old thread closed without an explanation.

My old thread about the issue was straight closed without an explanation why I've been put to this situation nor a reason why it was closed without giving a chance to say anything regarding this. I know the response was pretty clear not to make new threads regarding closed threads but I think in my situtation this was pretty unfair, looking at similar threads which were approved even though they were pretty much the same mine was. I also know you must be busy with stuff so I thank you for your time doing this, but still this can be handled better. I would like to know the reason why my account was banned, and if I've been a part of it by any chance I'd love to explain myself as good as I can. Thanks for your time again.

As my old thread got updated stating I was banned for so called "Gold Trafficking". I've bought and sold lots of items during my playtime either trading or using the auction house, but none of those trades involved any real world money transactions like the rules say. I personally think it's unfair to accuse anyone for such normal behavior without any solid proof of it (even if you think my ingame transactions look similar to someone elses it still doesn't prove there was any real money involved, which I can promise there wasn't), and even if you would accuse anyone for it (like you did in my case for example) it should've been handled with a warning or some kind of a notification and not straight with a banhammer without a chance to do anything about it except to trust and live with your judgement. Thanks for your time again, hope we'll get this sorted.
