I have been hacked

They are milking my account and i cant change my password.
When i reset my password it doesn't send an email.
I made a mistake when i made my account i typed wrong in the email section. So the email i wrote was not mine. The email did not exist so now i have made that email but i still dont get email when i reset
Please help me, its so sad when i log in and i see that im missing some gold, I have lost 50 gold or something at the moment

They need your in-game character name and server. (Note, do NOT post your account name).

Okay everything works now i have changed password and i am not banned i just need my gold back now
