The account with the character Atelectasis is not banned.
However, it may be country-locked and may cause you to be unable to login.
Or you may have a wrong password.

In both cases, please follow the password reset procedure. It will allow you to reset the password and country lock.

Thanks for answering so fast,

But it seems that, even if i'm sure of my account name, password, and email adress, i can't neither connect gameserver, reset password/IP, and webserver.

Am i doomed or is there a way to reset my password/deblockate webserver ?

Are you behind a firewall that blocks access to the server? If so, you might need to use a VPN.
