Cant connect to server

Hello Guys and Gals ,
I cannot connect to the server, please help ,me fix this .
What is the issue:
I try to login , I get "Disconected from server".
My accont is not banned, I tried to login to another server , without a prob.
What I tried:
Deleting WDB,WTF, Changing IP , port-fowarding , disabling antyvirus , firelaw , restarting pc and router.
The problem is only when I try to login in to my account from my home in this server . With other servers there is no prob.
Usualy I play from Bulgaria (without any prob so far) . Recently I moved to Germany and I haven't been able to play so far.
So I think is something to do specificly to Nostalrius.
What else can I do , so I can enjoy my game.

You may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature as well.
