Unfairly judged

Greetings! I would want to make a complain that i was unfairly banned for 'scamming' as they said. I don't know to who i need to write this, but i cant hide that i am pretty pissed. I have a lvl36 mage named Swampasz and i was in STV exactly at the Vile Reef 2 days ago when this happened. Please, understand that for 8 damn years playing this game, here is the first time i have been banned at all, so i know what i do and what i don't do! I have 200 engi and 150 mining and about 6-7gold, i was grinding my ass off to twink my character at lvl39. I have no idea at all why the most adequate of the GM Staff decided to get me banned for no reason. I will be honest that This is the second time a character of mine to be banned, the first time was said for gold trafficking when an irl friend of mine was did send me some gold and after he got banned i understood that he was doing some scams i had no idea about. He was telling me that he was selling some expensive items that he looted. Apparently for him to send gold to me is also bannable. Anyway, since then, he isn't playing anymore. I am playing at Nostalrius to get away from the real life for a moment which is pretty busy, so i have NO reason to be involved in ANY bannable shit. Please consider to reinvestigate and understand if something like this would happen to you, how would you react. Understand that the last thing i would do is to waste all the time of grinding and working on a character! This is the best server there is at the moment, i wouldn't take that for granted!
