account banned

Hello

I have been away since 18.03.16 and came back today 24.03.16. When i tried to login i get the message i was banned and followed the link to get here.

Edit 2: Seems like My paypal has been hacked and my mail aswell. This could be the reason i dont know, i have logon onto an other computer and changed my passwords and im taking back money used from my paypal..
