My account suddently banned??

Hey my (account: ufoisback) was suddently banned today. I have no idea if it's related but my sister made an account today on the same ip. Few hours after that I noticed my account was banned. I only had a few low level characters and a lvl 19 Orc warrior who I love to play as. Please can I get unbanned?
