Can't login on server nor website

I've had this problem since this evening, everytime I try to login i get instantly disconnected, as if the server was offline. I also can't login on the site, then it shows "Server Error, The website is currently unavailable. Try to refresh the page "

My brother can login on both the server and the website on my computer, so it's not my PC. I've tried changing my password and deleting all my WTB/WTF folders. I'm also not banned, or else it would show. Now it just says "disconnected from server"
Main character names on the PVE server are Mirabelle and Narain.

Your account has never been banned.

You may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

Note that you can only log in to the web login page from the same IP address as your last in-game address, which would also fit this explanation if your IP address has changed recently.
