Account Banned (AFK) - Please Help

Hello, my account was banned doe to "botting" in a Alterac Valley BG, last night.

However, I was actually doing work on my PC while running WoW on my laptop right next to me.
I was AFK in a AV while I was working on other things.
I've realized that this is not allowed and apologize in advance for breaking the rules.
The guidelines state that I am supposed to get a warning before ban, and would like to apologize as I was not aware and will not AFK again.

Details: Last night I was AFK in a Alterac Valley BG.
While in the BG, I was teleported to the GM Island, where a GM informed me that I was "botting".
I replied "I am not botting", but my account was disconnected and then banned, before I could explain.

I'm posting this for the sake of my account and to let you know that this will not happen again.
Again, I apologize and am now fully aware of the AFK rule.

Your account was reviewed again and we have come to the same conclusion. The account was banned for an Anti-AFK bot while in AV. The ban was reviewed by several staff members and will remain in place.
