Was told account banned when log onto the game but......

Dear Nostalrius Sirs,

2 of my guild members were advised the accounts were banned when logging the game today.
But the accounts status on website are all NORMAL, no any infos relates to the ban.

They told me they did nothing wrong in the game neither related to gold traffickling nor hacking, etc.
Please help to check what happened to the accounts!

Their character names in the games are:
1.) Flywings
2.) Newmm

In both cases, the account was banned for gold trafficking. Also in both cases the offence has already been confirmed and there is no opportunity for appeal. The accounts will stay permanently banned.

Feel free to create a new account and continue your journey on Nostalrius Begins, but follow the rules this time.
