I can not reset my password help me please!

I requested password reset, it arrived on my e-mail, changed it and cant login, tried 3 times the same thing with different passwords cant login still......... HELP me PLEASE!

You may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

Note that you can only log in to the web login page from the same IP address as your last in-game address, which would also fit this explanation if your IP address has changed recently.
