Account Banned

Greetings, dear staff:

My account has been probably banned as a result of the recent gold seller hack wave.

The only suspicious transaction may be tiggered this ban. someone hacked my account with Trojan horse addons on nearly Feb 27, 2016，i've lost many items, (such as about 20 stacks elemental earth by ID:Memorecool, a lot of enchanting mats include dust and essence by ID: Soranokise, about 200G-300G and equipments by ID:Holychanter ) and i guess that why i got banned due to related punishment or smth. I'm a victims for been hacked and even been banned for other reason?

I was an office worker, I am sorry to find that the account has benn banned near the weekend. Hope I can receive a reasonable answer and thank you.
