Character: Onlyzeishen Ser PvP realm.
Im wondering why my account got permanent banned. Just becos I have empowed my friend asked a questionable gold amount sending to me and that player which is I dont familiar with. As a guild chief, I had put lots of efforts to the guild" Donimate the Palace" to ensure raiding successful everytime.(materails, potions,etc). I don't know why got ban for no reason. Pls investigating my case fairly. Im very appreciated about it!

The account associated with Onlyzeishen on the PvP server was banned for gold trafficking. If you wish to appeal this ban, please provide information about transactions that may have triggered it.

If you think the reason is that you accepted gold from a random player that sent it to you, and you don't have any reason for the transaction, then the appeal will not be successful.

I think the hole thing is a set-up.The letter that contains the money is sent by sweeca which is no longer exist.And the title of that letter is Onlynvshen,a paladin from our guild,which is also a close friend of mine,seem to be a camouflage.I asked my friend Albiscn to contact one of your game master who said that you guys would investigate.I think these detail would help you to clean my name.Thanks again for your concern.

I received a letter with 580g the day before yesterday, but I couldn’t identify the ID. I was so helpless, didn’t take the 580g,and asked one of our guild member Albiscn to contact GM.One of your game master ,said that he will investigate(we can provide that letter as evidence). I didn’t delete that letter just in order to leave evidence ,and added that ID who send this letter in order to contact him.You can double check my mailbox that you can see that letter still in my mailbox.
In summary,I think im innocent of gold trafficking.I don’t want that 580g,and reported immediately. I hope you can give us a chance to explain.
Other transactions are carried out by the organizers of the association and the allocation of supplies.So if the letter is not why the account was banned,maybe you can provide me with some time stamp.
