Account banned?

Hello! I've posted this once before, but it was in the wrong forum so I figured I will try here as well.
Char name: Praesul, PvP realm.

I cannot log on and the error message is the same as if I've been banned. I can't figure out how this has happened, since I have not used any cheat/hack and my char is only lvl 21, so it can't have any significance for hackers to use it as a cheat acc.

You should use that thread instead and provide the needed information if you want to appeal the ban.
