Perma banned for no reason?

How is it my account is getting perma banned for gold trafficking yet ive never sold gold?

tryed to appeal the random ban and i get a reply of:

Greetings,

Your account was banned for gold trafficking. This offence has already been confirmed and there is no opportunity for appeal. The account will stay permanently banned.

how can u confirm somthing ive never done...put so much time into my account to get banned for 100%
nothing.

only other characters i have sent gold or items too were my alts Frostticle and Smellymarker
