Account Ban Appeal

Hi guys,

I've not been playing every day but when i tried to log on on 21/03/2016 I couldn't connect and after a few attempts of 'unable to connect' i get the generic account has been banned message.

My character name is HDT (on the PVP Server) and I believe i may have been picked up for selling gold when i traded 100g to an irl friend (magielele) the prior evening, for nothing in return.

Another suspicious transaction might be recieving ~65 gold from Somz (another irl friend) in the mail. I gave him three arcanite bars to sell months ago so he could afford his mount but he never was able to buy it, and now that i'm semi active again he decided to give me the gold back.

Hoping to have more luck on this forum - I have sent two emails with no reply.
