Sgrunter baned

Hi! i just tried to login to my account and found out that i have been baned.
My main character is Sgrunter and are on Nost pvp server.
And i have no idea why my account have been baned.
I have farmed myself some consumes to AQ and stuff like that, And helped some friends out.
I was wondering if it ban could be lifted, and if i could get a explenation why i got baned.
