I havent logged in for about a week. I didnt trade any gold or receive any gold thru mail. Can you please double check on this? I honestly did not log in for about a week and I didnt do any gold transaction while I was playing.
Last time when i logged in, the only thing i did was I crafted mass amount of potions for my guild member.
That's all I did with someone in game. Could that be the problem?

There are several ways that illegal gold can be traded, and we check for all of them - not just through mail. Gold sellers would have you believe they have found a 'safe' way to sell gold, but it is never safe as we can track every transaction of every type on the server.

We have placed this ban under review.
