Banned?

Hello,

I got kicked a little bit ago, and now I'm banned?
Came on here upset and posted in the TBC support forum on accident (I can't delete that post, because it needs to be approved/denied first).

Then, following instructions, I went to the main account page and it says this

Your account has been banned permanently.
You can ask for a review of your case in the Account issues sub-forum specifying a character name or create a new account to play by our rules.

I was on my warr Zäh.
What is going on? Please fix this, I have to get back to leveling.

I've been using a leveling guide, that's how I'm leveling so fast. I can link it privately if you want. Where does it say I can't use those? It's just a pdf explaining where to go.
I very much disapprove of this blizzard-like iron fist ruling, where its ban first ask questions later.
