My problem is: My account email can't receive anything when i reset my password. and can't login my character on the server with my current password.

Can a GM tell me what is going on? Thanks a lot!

Please remove the Account name! That is 1 step closer for hackers

You are responsible for your email security, GM's do not give out information regarding that.
