After i got hacked...

I wanna ask a question about Quest reset since i cant find it in Terms of use.

After i got hacked and lost all items , yes i do know items cant be restored but im asking about the items from quest that i "lost" during the hack wave. Is even possible some Quest to be reset for my toon so i can do em again and get the item again. Like Onyxia and Neffarian head Quests?
