Can't reset password

Hi my ban was lifted and I was asked to reset my password. I keep trying to reset the password but everytime it says "The username or the email is wrong." However im 100% sure of my username and I have only 2 emails that I use to register stuff, none of them are working.

characters name is Kattskrälle on pvp server.

It is possible that I for some reason used an old email. But I doubt this since I pretty much always use the same 2 emails to register on websites/games and I have tried every email I can think of.
Im starting to think this a problem with my account and not me typing the wrong email.

I can provide any info needed to prove that im the owner of the account.

Edit: I read that the email does not actually need to be confirmed in order to login and play. If this is true then there is a possibility that I made a typo when I registered the email

Yeah I believe it must be an account issue aswell. I've tried all my emails now.
I've even tried with typos on purpose lol...

Most likely you used a different E-mail. You will need to find that E-mail address to recover the account. We cannot provide account information for security reasons.

Well fuck... There is no way im gonna get my account back then... I either made a fucking typo when registering the account or there is something wrong with the account.

I have tried ALL my emails no luck...

Tough luck, do you order stuff online without checking what adress it should be delivered to as well?

Well actually it says "We will send you a confirmation email with a link to create your account." when creating a new account so that excludes the fact that I could have made a typo when registering.

I have 5 emails and I only use 2 of them. but I have checked all of them just in case and none of them working.

Well im over it. Leveling a new account now.

Be sure to check the junk folders for those E-mails just in case it landed in one of those.
