"Bad Credentials" error even after resetting password

Hi there,

I created an account on http://en.nostalrius.org/register yesterday, however when I tried to log in today, I received a "Login failed! Bad Credentials" error message. Thinking that I must have forgotten my password already, I submitted a reset password request and followed the link in the e-mail to reset my password. After successfully resetting my password, I tried to log in again, only to receive the same error message.

I read the common login errors thread before posting and it seems my scenario does not pertain to any of the FAQs. I doubt my account was hacked in such a short time, especially considering I haven't even downloaded the game client or logged into the game yet. I am very sure that I entered the correct password, and I know for sure that my username is correct. I was wondering if someone might be able to help me with this issue. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide, and please feel free to let me know if I need to provide any information.

You are getting "Bad Credentials" probably because your last in-game login was on a different IP address than your attempted login on the web page. Try logging in with the game, not on the login page on the website.

Note that if you still have problems (an immediate disconnect) you may need to remove the country IP lock from your account. You do this on the change password page as well.

You're right! I was able to log in through the game. And now that I think about it, I believe I initially registered for the account at work (my boss was cool with it, he plays WoW too) and then tried to log in from my home computer. Thanks for your help!
