Account Banned

Hi,

My account was suddenly permanently banned approximately 10 minutes ago as I was checking out the PVE server.

My main character is on the PVP server, named "Marlaine" (also, Marlain).

There was no ban "reason", just that the account was banned permanently. I haven't bought or sold any gold, hacked or done anything particularly nefarious and my my email account hasn't been used to sign up with any other WoW private server.
