Account Closed - Char name Mayhèm - PVP

Hello, i got disconected from server, and ofc pressed in my password to log in again, now getting the msg "This World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use"

so i belive this is a ban ? - if that is the case i would like to make an official appeal against it as
i dont belive i have done anything that would validate a ban.

and if an unban is not possible i would like to know exactly what i have done wrong so it wont happen again, i enjoy playing on your server and will continue doing that in the future
