Unable to log in - been inactive a while

Hello,

Neither I nor the person I live with can log in to our accounts. We've recently had a baby, which has led to a longish period of inactivity (just over a month). The error message that pops up is "Disconnected from server". I understand from the forums that there's been a mass ban of accounts recently, but when I log in to my account on the website, there's no message to indicate that my account has been banned or otherwise suspended.

Is this issue due to our inactivity? If so, can the accounts be un-suspended again somehow?

I play on the PvE server, and my main character's name is Saffron. My husband's main character is Sammael.

By looking at other posts, I resolved this issue by going to the password site and selecting No country lock.
