Account Mistakenly Banned

Hello, I'm not exactly sure what caused my account to be banned. I logged on at 3/25 to do my usual transmutes, and attempted to do the same at 3/26 with the message of the account being closed. After going to the homepage and logging in, I receive a blank page under the "Account" tab that just says "welcome, enjoy your stay on nostalrius" with no reason or mention of a ban/closing.

Thank you, if it helps, it may have been a purchase of Black Lotus through the trade window from a rogue that I bought from a couple of weeks ago. I can't remember his name, but it was a legitimate transaction nonetheless.
