Appeal to account ban

I last logged in and played on Thurs Mar 24..however according to a friend my 60 priest (Aaeilau) and my 44 warlock (Fastila) were both online on Friday, I worked that day and didn't play. Last day I played I was doing quests in Feathermoon area and Tanaris. Other than the boat to feathermoon not crashing me when I jumped on there was no unusual activity. I attempted to log in and play on Sat evening and my account is banned for unlisted reasons. Please review my account and lift the ban so that I may continue to play and enjoy the game.

If you did in fact buy gold, it saves us all time if you mention that instead.

The only transactions I have done have been between my own characters on my account and my husband (Mossi) who I send herbs to and he sends me cloth. Occasionally I also send leather to my son's character (Swordmonger).
