Greetings. I logged out for about 10 min then when I tried to login again I got "Account has been closed... " message for about 5 minutes untill I was finally able to login normally again.
Is this a bug or what?

Edit: Got it again, lasted about 5-10 min then I could login
Account closed for 5 minutes then back to normal

Greetings,
Most likely either you (or someone else) tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password. This causes a temporary IP lockout. If you wait some time and try to log in again, the lock will expire.
If you suspect someone is trying to hack your account, please make sure that your password is strong - containing both upper and lower case characters, some numbers, and some special characters.
