(Banned?) Login failed! Bad credentials

I am trying to log-in from here:

https://en.nostalrius.org/login

I have this result: Login failed! Bad credentials

Char: Arael (PvP realm)

Am I in the ban wave?

Thank you, I really appreciate the reply.

However I still have the mentioned issue.

I changed password following the instructions, but still nothing happened.

I will try to log-in with the client and see the results (I am unable at this very moment).

Try changing your password, or removing the country IP lock.

Areal,

have you had any succes yet? I am facing the same issue ( bad credentials show, unable to login, Even after changing Pw).

could any GM confirm I am not banned if any of you see this per chance?

Croconutz, you are not banned either.

There are two common reasons that might be preventing your login:

The first is that maybe you (or someone else) tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password. This causes a temporary IP lockout. Wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and try to log in again, or if you cannot remember the password, you can reset it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

The second is that you may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature as well.
