Account locked and not banned?

I have had no issues previously and I have worked tirelessly in order to not waste your time, at last I tried logging on to a friends account just to try and see if it would work and it did! So as I have not recieved a ban notice I would like to know what you can do to help me.

Your account has never been banned.

You may have an IP address that is being declined due to a country IP lock on the account. Country IP locks are a new feature that have been put into place to help prevent account hacks. You can reset your country IP lock using the password change feature at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.
